This very attractive land train is unique to the UK, being the only British manufactured land train of its kind. It was manufactured by Gentrec Ltd, part of the Hendy Lennox Group of Companies in the UK at cost well in excess of £100,000. As you would expect, it is built to the very highest land train specification and can carry up to 72 passengers across its three carriages.
The enclosed carriages are fitted with all-weather heating and ventilation, opening safety glass windows, automatically controlled doors and spacious upholstered seating. In addition, each luxury enclosed carriage benefits from interior lighting, emergency buttons, a full PA system, air 'fail safe' braking, four wheel 'Ackerman' style steering, and full suspension offering a very comfortable ride.
The Gentrec land train can be hired with its magnificent loco hauling two fully-enclosed carriages, or with one enclosed carrriage and one very long open carriage. It is also available for long-term hire with all three carriages.
Equally attractive is our lovely Italian proprietary manufactured land train from Dotto the most well known of all of these land trains.
This fully road specification land train is offered with it's beautiful locomotive pulling two carriages with a capacity for 36 adult passengers. These carriages are of the 'open style' prove very popular with very many people, they do however, have 'rain curtains' fitted should the weather not prove too kind at any time. Once again, the hire of this land train is offered as a complete package on a supply and operate basis including staff, insurances, risk assessment and all fuels oils etc.
